Refund policy

1 Please Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed it can not be changed or canceled.

 

2. Please note that we currently do not accept online purchases of loose leaf tea and any teapot or tea accessories to be returned. Additionally, we do not accept in-store purchases of loose leaf tea to be returned. Only purchase in-store unused  teapot or tea accessories can be exchanged or store credit within 14 day
